Let us answer your Frequently Asked Questions – FAQ – regarding flexible packaging!

 

Is ordering from your online store secure?

Yes! We use Paygate who have a secure site to ensure your information is not compromised. If you still do not feel comfortable, email us for an invoice and you can arrange to do your own secure EFT.

 

How do I place my order?

Use our online shopping cart to order your goods. Or if you like contact us for more information or request a formal quotation which we can email to you.

 

How long do I have to wait until I receive my order?

We normally have enough stock of all our standard stock items. If we need a day or so to replenish recently depleted stock, we will email you and confirm a delivery date. Depending on where you are and what delivery service you choose, we can supply next day, or using normal roadfreight to an outlying area can take approximately 5 – 7 days.

 

Can you customise my packaging for me with my brand?

Yes we do custom printing all the time for our customers. Min quantities do apply due to print setup considerations, but if you send us all your product and design information we can quote you accordingly.
